This page reads two ways

The first site I ever shipped ran on a one dollar domain. Adidas, MINI and Netflix came later.

Me and a tight bench of design and technology partners: design, code, launch. The last platform went from idea to production in sixteen days.

Thirteen years, told as one day.

  1. 2013 · Dawn

    First light

A self-taught kid in Islamabad starts shipping websites. Nobody assigned it. Nobody was watching. It never stopped.

  2. 2015 · Early morning

    College Host

A friend complains that a course requires hosting at twenty dollars a month. I say I can do it cheaper. Her site is live the same day, on a domain that cost one dollar. I turn that favor into College Host, web hosting priced for students. Three thousand signups follow, professors start recommending it, and by 2017 it is paying my tuition.

  3. 2017 · Morning

    The agency years

The Philippines. I join ODV Creative and end up leading the design department. For three years every MINI Cooper email campaign in Southeast Asia goes through my hands, with Adidas, Samsung, Netflix, BMW, Rolls-Royce and Crate & Barrel on the same roster. I learn what world-class looks like up close.

  4. 2018 · Late morning

    The Apple reseller

Switch, an authorized Apple reseller, hires me independently to launch their website, which puts me working alongside the Apple design team in San Francisco. Around the same time I become the web consultant at Dot Digital and start a seven-year engagement with I Am Cardboard. With Proper Agency and SHAO, the roster grows to Miss World Philippines and Vista Residences.

  5. 2019 · Midday

The expensive MBA - Creative Log

My art school thesis graduates with me, as best thesis in the batch, and becomes Creative Log. It grows to twenty-five thousand users and never makes a dime: repeated pivots, a rebuild in secrecy instead of iterating with users. Building is easy. Building the right thing is not.

  6. 2020 · Early afternoon

    Founderopedia

I co-found Founderopedia, where founders find their people: five thousand members, twenty-four hundred accelerators, sixty VCs. The community habit sticks and never leaves.

  7. 2022 · Afternoon

    The operator years

Head of Marketing at HyperNym for growth and positioning, then Web Lead at Flywheel Studio, shipping ConvertOnWeb. Strategy in the morning, code in the afternoon. The two halves of the job stop being separate.

  8. 2024 · Late afternoon

Employee number three at Noodle Seed

Founding engineer and Head of Product Engineering at Noodle Seed, an AI startup. I build Seed Spec, the spec engine that cuts React code generation tokens by roughly eighty percent, then Spark, an AI demo builder, and a micro-VM pipeline for running AI-written code safely. AI stops being a demo and becomes a power tool.

  9. 2026 · Golden hour

    Now

Ooozzy, my product studio in London. Persona, the AI agent that ran my inbox, grows up in April and becomes Arlo, an AI chief of staff for founders, live in production with three co-founders. Founders Circle meets around a table in Islamabad every two weeks. The day is not over.

Three receipts from this year.

Coastal Verite · operations platform · sixteen days

The Google Doc is retired

A solo land-use permit consultant in Southern California ran her whole practice from a Google Doc and a drowning inbox, triaging email by hand at 325 dollars an hour. Her original roadmap said five to eight months. Coastal Verite shipped in sixteen days: AI email triage every thirty minutes, a 7 AM digest that opens her day, permit and project tracking across five government jurisdictions, time entries flowing to Harvest, monthly invoice drafts. Thirty-eight active projects run through it, on infrastructure that costs zero dollars a month.

Reconcile · financial reconciliation · two weeks

AI suggests, humans decide

A global NGO with offices in multiple countries, bank accounts in different currencies, and transfers that never quite matched: 47.50 euros arriving as 52.13 dollars. Reconcile matches them with AI inside a three percent FX tolerance, and a person approves every single match. One hundred percent human approval rate so far, full data isolation per country. Idea to production in two weeks, one developer and an AI pair.

Pulse · investment intelligence · seventeen days

One watch, every signal

Sher & Co Global wanted eyes on all of deep tech at once instead of a dozen newsletters. Pulse watches eleven sectors through six automated data pipelines, with thirty-six database tables of structure underneath, and turns the feed into one daily signal. Idea to production in about two and a half weeks.

Don’t take my word for it.

Client platforms live behind logins, so here are three products of my own that are live on the internet right now. Open them.

Rooms my work has been in.

Three years of MINI Cooper email campaigns across Southeast Asia. Launch work for an authorized Apple reseller, shipped alongside the Apple design team. Seven years with I Am Cardboard. Miss World Philippines, Dusit Thani, Vista Residences. And the recent decade: Noodle Seed, Creative Log, Tortlink, ConvertOnWeb, Lavvo, and a long tail of founders getting their first customers.

What you can hire me for.

Websites

Designed, built and live in days, not months: marketing sites, landing pages, WordPress builds, whatever gets your message in front of customers fastest. When I started freelancing I treated every website like a statement piece, until I noticed clients only ever cared about two things: getting their message across and getting online fast. Guardrails, not blank canvases.

Products

Full platforms like the three receipts above: AI-assisted operations tools, internal systems, customer portals. Scoped in days, shipped in weeks, production-grade from day one, running on infrastructure that costs almost nothing.

Marketing

Email campaigns, funnels, landing page systems and the analytics behind them, run as an ongoing partner or a one-off sprint. I ran MINI Cooper’s Southeast Asia email program for three years; your funnel is in good hands.

Numbers, since you’re wondering: recent websites ran between 500 and 7,500 dollars, platform builds and retainers get scoped on the first call, and you’ll have a number before we hang up.
